Yes! Yes! Yes! During the summer of 2013, my singing group "TRUE" were contestants on Season 3 of the X Factor USA. We were invited to travel to Denver, CO, after submitting a video online, where we were given a chance to sing in front of Simon Cowell, Demi Lovato, Kelly Rowland and Paulina Rubio. TRUE received an unanimous 'Yes" from the judges and invited out to LA for the next round. We were eliminated from the competition in LA but with only 200 acts advancing to this LA round...I was grateful to have made it that far. Season 3 of the X Factor had amazing talent and to think I was amoungst them in LA was crazy. The first person I met getting off the plane in LA was Zach Beeken from Restless Road. This incredible journey allowed me the opportunity to learn about who I was as an artist, understand the commitment, drive, tenacity and desire that you must have to make it in this industry and why it is important to surround yourself with people that are trustworthy and only want the best for you. I have that and will continue on this path as far as it will take me.
